Your mind is the garden, your thoughts are the seeds, the harvest can either be flowers or weeds.

Natalie Worobel, LPC, ICGC-I, IGDC, Therapist & Owner
The Protector - INFJ - The Helper
Hi, I’m Natalie Worobel, LPC, ICGC-I, IGDC—a therapist specializing in digital wellness, behavioral addictions, and helping people build healthier relationships with themselves, technology, and the people they love. I’m also a mom, wife, nature lover, and someone who genuinely cares about helping people feel more empowered, connected, and in control of their lives.
As a Bahamian-American, I grew up with a different relationship to technology than many of my peers. Early on, I became aware of how digital media was shaping the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. That curiosity led me to study Communication and Philosophy, exploring how modern society and media impact our inner lives. In this pursuit, it became clear that I wanted to help people directly. That’s what brought me to the field of counseling.
Today, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, an International Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I), and hold the International Gaming Disorder Certificate (IGDC). For over a decade, I’ve helped teens, adults, and parents navigate challenges such as:
Digital media overuse (social media, gaming, pornography, and technology dependence)
Gambling disorder and gaming disorder
Addiction and recovery
Anxiety, trauma, and burnout
Codependency, boundaries, and relationship concerns
Personal empowerment and life transitions
I draw from a wide range of approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy, and Attachment Theory—but what matters most is tailoring our work to you. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can get curious, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with what matters most.
Along the way, I’ve pursued specialized training in neurofeedback, adventure and water-based therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and the treatment of gambling and gaming disorders. These experiences allow me to combine evidence-based tools with deep respect for each client’s unique story. Whether we’re untangling digital habits, recovering from behavioral addictions, healing from trauma, or building healthier boundaries, my work centers on helping you come home to yourself—with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
When I’m not in session, I’m usually outside with my husband, baby, and dog—hiking, gardening, cooking for friends, or soaking up the Colorado mountains.
I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms—it's about creating a life that feels aligned with your values, relationships, and sense of purpose. If you're ready to feel more present, empowered, and grounded, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
